Trapped inside our subconscious minds are negative feelings (energies) that block us and prevent us from being who we truly are and truly meant to be. These negative feelings such as anger, sadness, fear, resentment, failure, etc. interfere with the thoughts, goals and desires that we’d like to see in our lives. For example, you may think you want to lose 20 lbs. but you might feel like eating a bag of cookies. Which one usually wins?
These negative energy feelings have been trapped in our subconscious for years, sometimes decades. Most of the time, we don’t want to deal with them or don’t even realize they’re there. Often, we’re confused into thinking that that’s who we are. “I’m angry.” “I’m sad.” “I’m a failure”. The truth is you are not angry, sad or a failure. These feelings are not who you are. They’re just something you have. Or we may blame everybody and everything else for how bad we feel. “He made me mad.” “She hurt my feelings.” The truth is you were already mad and hurt. They just activated that negative feeling energy that’s been in you for a long time. So because these feelings don’t feel good or we’re afraid to face them, we ignore them. Often times we push them back down or numb them with food, alcohol, drugs, work or whatever. But guess what? They don’t really go away. In fact, if anything, they get bigger and louder to the point where the things that used to numb or suppress them, no longer work.
Some people think that positive affirmations will do the trick so they spend thousands of dollars on motivational speakers. They feel good for a week or so but then they’re right back to where they were before. That’s because it was coming from someone outside themselves which is temporary motivation rather than from within themselves which is lasting transformation. Positive thoughts and affirmations are very important. However, thinking that just by putting good thoughts on top of bad thoughts is going to make the bad thoughts go away is foolish thinking. It simply doesn’t work. It’s like sprinkling beautiful Kentucky Blue Grass seed on a ground that’s covered in weeds. Sure the seed will grab a little root and a short blade of grass will shoot up, but eventually the weeds will choke out the grass. The weeds must first be removed so that when seeded, the grass may flourish.
So, how do we clear the negative feelings from our subconscious minds? Well, it’s a lot simpler than you might think, but you can’t do it alone. You need someone who’s already been there and gone through it to guide you. Even the most talented highest paid actors in Hollywood have coaches and need a director. Superstar athletes all have team coaches, no matter how talented they are. In fact, some players like Michael Jordan have paid a lot of money for private coaches. You cannot get there on your own. If you could have, you would have.

Unfortunately, most people are not ready to go there or even think they need to. They’d much rather stay asleep and pretend that everything’s ok. It’s like the movie “The Matrix” where everyone was asleep and in their dream state they thought they were really awake and that everything was fine. But in reality their life force was being drained and they didn’t even know it.
